General Description

Alkalized Cocoa Powder is a brownish red to dark brownish red or black color that comes in a powder or liquid form. The smell is a special cocoa fragrance, without a burning smell, musty odor, nor other odors. Powder is used in chocolate and beverage products is a major processing and production base for the Chinese cocoa food industry.
